Responsibilities

We are looking for a motivated young HR manager to join the most awesome team, who can handle the day-to-day management of HR matters autonomously, with a strong entrepreneurial spirt and hands-on attitude. More specifically we will ask you to do the following:

  • Take on the link with the payroll office and make sure that the payroll process runs smoothly every month
  • Support the development and implementation of the HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
  • Support the recruitment and selection process as well as organizing a proper on-boarding for new joiners
  • Nurture a positive working environmentg. by organizing fun team events
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system in line with regulatory requirements
  • Assess training needs in line with regulatory requirements, develop and follow up on training programs
  • Corporate housekeeping is not the most fun part of the job, but still part of the job
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

 Requirements: 

  • Degree in Human Resources or related field is a plus, however we prefer that you can demonstrate from experience that you can handle the above
  • 3-5 years working experience as HR Manager
  • People oriented and results driven, accurate
  • Experience with SD works payroll systems
  • Be able to build and maintain interpersonal relationships with people on all levels of the company
